THE CONVICTION CURRICULUM®

A Rite of Passage for Men of Code, Conviction, and Legacy.

Not all men are ready to build.

First, they must become.

The Conviction Curriculum® is more than a program — it’s a proving ground that rebuilds men from the inside out.

Through eight books, Fire Tests, and mentorship, men move through five ranks — learning to master themselves before leading others.

This is not education.

This is transformation.

And it doesn’t begin with ambition — it begins with surrender.

Who It’s For

The Conviction Curriculum® is delivered through licensed facilitators serving six audiences:

Prison & Re-Entry – helping men rise from confinement into conviction.

Foster Youth – building identity, purpose, and stability after the system.

Veterans – restoring mission, brotherhood, and healing after service.

Churches & Men’s Ministries – discipling men through code, accountability, and leadership.

Corporations – strengthening culture through conviction-driven leadership.

Other Nonprofits – empowering outreach programs with proven transformation systems.

Every environment, one mission: to build men who lead with integrity.

How It Works

Eight books. Five ranks. One brotherhood.

Each man studies, completes Fire Tests, and advances only when he’s proven ready — never by entitlement, always by evidence.

THE FIVE RANKS

RECRUIT — Become before you build.

Strip away the ego. Build the man.

Every man begins here. The journey starts not with resources, but with resolve — a willingness to face himself.

You study three foundational books:

Book 1: The Break

Book 2: The Call to Conviction

Book 3: How to Leverage Up

You complete Fire Tests after each, proving not what you know, but who you are becoming.

No business is built here — only the man.

STEWARD — Build what matters.

Discipline meets opportunity.

When readiness is proven, opportunity follows.

By invitation only, you may be selected for Fund I, the internal incubator of The Gentlemen’s Fund®.

Under Elder mentorship, you begin to build — not for applause, but for purpose.

You study:

Book 4: The Conviction Code

Book 5: Cri De Coeur

Here, you learn that capital is not a reward. It is a test of trust.

GUARDIAN — Own what you built.

Leadership forged in responsibility.

Once your venture demonstrates proof of concept, the Foundation and Council authorize your symbolic buyout.

Ownership here is more than equity — it is accountability.

You study:

Book 6: The Legacy Manual

Book 7: The Brotherhood Book

Guardians protect culture, model integrity, and multiply conviction through leadership.

ELDER — Mentor men, not just models.

Multiplying men through mentorship.

You’ve built. You’ve owned. You’ve endured. Now, you become a multiplier.

As an Elder, you guide new Recruits through the same rite of passage you once walked.

You study:

Book 8: The Gentlemen’s Gospel

Your measure of success is no longer what you build, but who you build.

COUNCIL — Govern the legacy. Protect the pillars.

Stewardship at the highest level.

You’ve mastered every book and mentored every phase.

Now, you help decide what gets funded, who advances, and how the system evolves.

The Council protects all four pillars:

The Foundation • The Curriculum • The Fund • The Trust

Council members serve under Trustee oversight within The Chacon Family Trust, ensuring that every decision protects both the mission and the generational legacy behind it.
